ABOUT ME

My Story...

My love of quilting began when I was a child playing with my cousin under the quilt frame while our mothers and grandmother tied a quilt.  The day came when I was about 10 years old that I was allowed to help tie the quilts.  I made many quilts after that, always doing the whole thing by hand.  Then I realized that I could do it much quicker on my sewing machine.  After discovering free motion quilting I decided that my real passion is the quilting as opposed to the piecing.  For several years I used my domestic machine but big quilts were too hard to do on that little machine.  So, I bought a longarm quilting machine and the rest is history.

I love quilting on my longarm and I love seeing the process and being a part of it.  I would love to help you make your quilt top into a beautiful heirloom that you will be proud to pass down to future generations to enjoy. Be assured that I will treat your quilt as if it were my own and take the same care and attention to detail that you would.

Happy Quilting

VISIT MY STUDIO

My quilting studio is two bedrooms that I have made into one room to make room for my quilting machine and frame

I have lots of natural light from the sliding glass doors along with the other windows.  I don't have enough room of course because you can never have a large enough studio, but it works for me.
